Information we receive

When a business contacts us, we may receive professional contact details, billing details, project messages, store URLs, source content and files required to assess or deliver the requested service.

How information is used

• respond to business inquiries and prepare a requested scope;
• administer orders, invoices, payments and delivery;
• produce and quality-check the agreed localization files;
• maintain a minimal suppression record when a recipient opts out;
• protect the service from fraud, misuse or unauthorized access.

Depending on the context, processing is carried out to respond to requested pre-contractual steps, perform an agreed service, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting a business-to-business service.

Static page and service providers

This static page contains no analytics, advertising trackers, cookies set by FR Conversion Desk, contact form or account login. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Email is handled through Proton Mail. Payments may be handled through Wise after an order is approved. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Data minimization and client content

We request only the information needed for the inquiry or order. Store-admin credentials are not required for the pilot. Client content is not reused in public samples without written permission and is not sold.

Retention and requests

Working information is kept only as long as necessary for the inquiry, order, legal recordkeeping and dispute prevention. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent unwanted re-contact. Requests to access, correct or delete information can be sent to the studio email above and will be assessed under applicable requirements.

International processing and rights

YESS-AI LLC is based in the United States and service providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. These rights can depend on your location and the circumstances of the processing.
